Meet Your Coach
I am…
a Board Certified Coach through a graduate program at Rider University. Before the pursuit of coaching I earned a PhD in Science Education and advanced degrees in Computational Science (M.S.) and Biology (B.S.). I bring over 13 years of high school teaching experience in 3 NJDOE science content certification areas and 12+ years as an adjunct professor in Natural and Mathematics Science Departments. This parallels my extensive experience in athletics, including coaching and competition in long and short distance running and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have contributed to the academic community through peer-reviewed publications, invited talks, conferences, poster sessions, and other forms of outreach. I have multiple active research projects in which I publish and mentor students. Personally, I have over a decade of experience in the mental health space which informs my empathetic and holistic coaching approach. To be understood and mirrored with accuracy is one of the most transformative experiences a person can have.
