Find your Flow
Tidal Flow LLC Coaching & Consulting
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, facing change, or like something needs to change?
You don’t have to navigate it alone. Tidal Flow Coaching provides a space to slow down, talk openly, sort through what’s on your mind, and gain a clearer perspective on what comes next.
Sometimes we know what we should do but still struggle to make a change. Patterns that once worked for us may no longer fit where we are now. Coaching creates space to step back, recognize those patterns, explore what may be getting in the way, and consider what might work differently.
Coaching can also be practical. Sometimes you need help organizing your thoughts, sorting through options, making a decision, or turning an idea into a plan. The goal is to understand where you are, clarify where you want to go, and create a path forward that makes sense for you.
Tidal Flow can support students, athletes, college applicants, graduates, professionals, educators, career changers, and anyone navigating burnout, change or uncertainty. Whether you’re working toward a goal, balancing competing responsibilities, feeling overwhelmed, or simply questioning what comes next, coaching gives you a place to think things through.
You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going to take the first step. Sometimes, you just need a place to start figuring it out.

FAQs
-
Coaching and therapy are distinct professional disciplines. Coaching focuses on personal and professional growth, goal-setting, and developing strategies for meaningful change, supporting clients as whole capable individuals. While therapy may address mental health concerns directly, coaching typically does not and can stand alone; clients do not need to engage in therapy to benefit from coaching, though some choose to use both. Coaching provides a positive, supportive space to explore goals, build skills, reflect, and celebrate progress.
-
Research suggests that meaningful growth through life coaching generally takes at least three months of consistent participation. Individual results may vary, but progress is best supported by willingness, openness, and honesty. Coaching packages are available from one month minimum to ongoing options, with the flexibility to extend or add additional programs as needed.
-
Coaching packages are paid in advance; however, if you decide that coaching isn’t the right fit, any unused sessions can be refunded at a prorated rate once the coaching agreement is formally ended at standard check points. It’s encouraged that you share your thoughts openly with your coach—honest communication helps ensure your experience and progress are aligned with your goals.
-
Standard coaching packages include 1 hour long weekly meeting during a scheduled time (including nights and weekends). If an alternate schedule better suits your needs, we can discuss and agree on a revised arrangement for any of our packages. Virtual and phone sessions are standard, with in-person options available for unique circumstances. Our goal is to remain flexible and supportive in helping you achieve your goals.
-
This process varies by client. Typically, sessions begin with intake questions and exploration of personal goals and values. While the curriculum is consistent across clients, aspects of the curriculum are customized to meet each individual’s specific needs and objectives.
-
Yes! Coaching sessions are confidential, except in cases where a client may be at risk of harm to themselves or others. While coaches are not bound by HIPAA, they adhere to ethical standards outlined by the Board Certified Coach (BCC) via CCE. Clients may also choose to authorize the coach to communicate with other professionals in their life, such as therapists. For more details, see the coach’s qualifications and coaching contract to ensure client rights and responsibilities.
-
Coaching is generally not covered by insurance, though exceptions may apply in certain situations. In some cases, a sliding scale rate can be offered. Please contact us if payment is a concern—we’re happy to discuss options.
